FAQs

Getting started with negative self-talk and low self-esteem slayer™!

Q1. This is coaching or therapy?

I am a firm believer that there does need to be a period of looking back and healing from our past experiences that have contributed to our limiting beliefs and subconscious blocks before the act of moving forward can begin. However there will be no long periods of lying on a coach just talking. We will use subconscious therapy to help you access your subconscious understand where and how you formed your limiting beliefs and block and then replace them with supporting and empowering beliefs. Then it on to the coaching to help you cease the moment and pour your energy into moving forwards and going after what you want.

Q2. What makes you different from other coaches?

Not only am I highly qualified and trained in many modalities, most coaches work on the conscious level only, this is your rational mind but we all know that sometimes we make decision which are irrational or we act and behave in ways which goes against our best interest, these decisions and actions stem from the subconscious mind which in infinitely more powerful and the seat of lasting change. Having suffered from overthinking and anxiety myself, I know well enough that working on the conscious level only is not effective. That’s why I have trained in, and first focus on the subconscious mind, which is infinitely more powerful. This is my not so secret sauce. When you understand yourself you learn to be compassionate and to accept yourself and that's the first to waving bye bye to overthinking and anxiety.

Q3. Where do limiting belief and subconscious blocks come from?

Trauma, don't have to be assault, near death experience, it can also be anything out of the ordinary that you have experienced like failing an exam, witnessing your parents arguing, experiencing a shock, been left out at school when you where a child, anything that leaves us feeling, scared, unsafe, vulnerable can lead to us developing limiting and unhelp belief which if not dealt with become like long emotional and mental hindrances.

Q4. Why are you 1:1 and group programs 6 months long?

We live in a very interconnected world where we can order something and get it the next day. But human behaviour and the mind doesn't work like that, change is difficult because the mind likes that which is familiar, it uses old behaviour patterns and thoughts as shortcuts to how we act and behave in future future situations, that's why we find yourself repeating old behaviour even though we have tried to break these old habits, we call ourselves lazy and undisciplined. It takes time and work to changes these behaviours and I have found 6 months to be the sweet spot, there is lots of supporting research to say 6 months is what is required for a life long change.

Q5. What should I expect from you?

Support, accountability, someone to walk on this journey with you who is not afraid to share insights and observation that might be uncomfortable but will help you understand yourself and hand accelerated breakthrough and epiphanies. Experience and strategies that proven to help you conquer overthinking and anxiety so that you can moved beyond those intense thoughts and feeling and concentrate on building the life of your dreams.

Q6. What do you expect from me?

To be committed to yourself and excited about becoming the best version of yourself and conquering overthinking and anxiety. I expect you to be ready and to want real and lasting change. You will need to invest a minimum of 15 minutes in yourself a day. While we are working together. I will be your cheerleader, I will believe in you and keep your accountable when you have a wobble. However I can’t do the work for you. You have to be all in, be committed and take responsibility for your transformation. You be need to be honest with me and allow yourself to be vulnerable from the beginning. I will always be ready to listen to what you have to say without ever judging you!
